Where do you deliver?

Thanksgiving delivery is available within the Tri-Cities only (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam & Port Moody).

Is pickup available?

Yes! Pickup is available at our Fat Dragon pop-up on Sunday, October 11, from 9 AM–3 PM.
Otherwise, Thanksgiving orders are delivery only.

Is there a delivery fee?

No! Delivery is FREE as long as your order includes at least one item from our Thanksgiving Collection. Feel free to add any of our regular items to your order at no additional delivery charge.

When will my order be delivered?

Please choose one of the following delivery windows at checkout:

•Sunday, October 11: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

•Monday, October 12: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time within your selected window.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Not necessarily. If no one is home, we can leave your order at your door.

**Please note: Cheesecakes are required refrigeration. Cheesecakes will be delivered with an ice pack to help keep them cool for up to approximately 2 hours. We cannot guarantee product quality or temperature beyond that time, so we recommend refrigerating your order as soon as possible.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, no. To make our Thanksgiving deliveries possible, we’ll plan our delivery route based on location. Please select the delivery window that works best for you.

Is pre-order required?

Yes. All Thanksgiving Collection items are pre-order only and available in limited quantities.

***By placing your order, please make sure you’ve selected a delivery window when someone can bring refrigerated items inside within approximately 2 hours***
